RETURNS & REFUNDS
If you aren’t happy with any of your items, simply hand them back to your delivery driver at the time of delivery. We will then arrange for a refund to your payment card within 14 days of receipt. The product should be in original condition including any packaging. The returned item should also be unused. For perishable food items, please return within its use-by date.
We offer full delivery charge refunds where our products arrive with you damaged or faulty, however if the return is an unwanted item or misused delivery charges are not refunded.
Our team of pickers do their best to choose only the freshest products with the longest expiry dates for you. If you’re not happy with the fresh food we’ve delivered, our freshness guarantee means you can hand it back to your driver and we’ll arrange a refund for you.
Please be aware that we cannot accept change of mind returns on certain products due to health and hygiene reasons.
To start the return or exchange process please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the following information:
1. Order number
2. Proof of purchase
3. Photo or video of the issue or faulty product
4. Delivery address
5. Contact telephone number
We are able to process refunds within 14 working days. All refunds are issued based on your original payment method.
We offer full delivery charge refunds where our Berry products arrive with you damaged or faulty, however if the return is an unwanted item or misused refunds exclude delivery charges.
If your Berry product has already been shipped, then unfortunately we cannot cancel the orders and this will need to be returned for a refund as described above. In this case the refund would exclude the delivery charge.
